Regarding Information to be acquired for this Application Our company (”the Company”) will acquire the types of information listed below for the purposes set out below. The laws of Japan are the governing law with respect to this matter. Purposes of acquiring information: (1)to provide customers with the services and functions of this Application and allow them to use this Application smoothly and appropriately; (2)to evaluate and improve the services and functions of this Application and provide customers with customer support; (3)to improve the Company’s services including this Application; (4)to provide customers with information related to the services of this Application; (5)to carry out surveys on the use of this Application, the history of that use, the usage environment, and other similar details; (6)to handle requests for layaway purchases or actual purchases of goods or services, applications for gifts, and other transactions, and manage those transactions after they are implemented; (7)to provide appropriate and effective advertising (information on goods, services, and other relevant matters of advertising corporations or affiliate corporations); (8)to research and develop goods and services through market research, data analysis, surveys, and other similar methods, and to conduct marketing activities; (9)to figure out how customers have got access to the services of this Application so that the Company can utilize that information for marketing activities; and (10)to provide business partners, affiliated companies, or other similar entities, or Company employees or officers with reports (limited to those prepared in a manner such as aggregations or analyses of attribute data so as not to identify any individual) in relation to the services of this Application. Types of information to be acquired (1)information on the attributes of the terminal used by the customer: the Android OS version, brand name, device name, the name of the Android device manufacturer, device name, product name, the name of the service provider, and other similar details (2)information on the use of this Application by the customer and the history of that use: application version number, times of use, frequency of use, history of use, the customer’s device operation for this Application (including, but not limited to linked websites through this Application), and other similar details (3)information other than that listed in (1) and (2) to be provided to the Company by the customer upon consent.
